A young man wonders, awaits, borred in his 9m² room. Locked up by force or unaible to exit on his own ?
Fascinated by the polar world, the young man makes up a new identity for himself : “Inuit Iceman”. All the way through the performance, he unveils his favorite objects slowly turning his room into an ice floe. This artic world becomes his mind, his body, his poetry, his madness and the frailty of the world. He must take care of it in order to save the world and himself.
Somewhere between the environmental fable and and surrealist daydream, 9m² de banquise is a performance essentially populated by images and sounds with which the audience is invited to play to make up their own story.
